Victoria House is a modern office building situated on Avebury Boulevard on the outskirts of central Milton Keynes. It is a short 10 min walk from Central Milton Keynes train station and is only a short train ride from London (34mins), Birmingham (53 mins), and Manchester (98 mins).

It is also easy to reach by car being only four miles from the M1, 33 miles from the M25, 52 miles from Central London and 70 miles from Birmingham. For those arriving by car there is free car parking at rear of building.
