Pic of the Week : World Hunger Day

This Sunday (28th May 2017) is World Hunger Day, an initiative designed to raise awareness about global hunger and to encourage people around the world to be part of the solution.  It is a disturbing fact that more than 795 million people in the world do not have enough food and according to the organisers of World Hunger Day, hunger kills more than AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis combined.

Our pic of the week this week is entitled ‘Hungry Birds’. It was taken by Hannah Smith and was entered into our competition In Pursuit
