This year, Kiss & Make Up day is celebrated on August 25th and provides the perfect opportunity to set aside our differences, end our quarrels and make up with those people that we may have distanced ourselves from for whatever reason.

Studies have shown that forgiveness leads to a happier and healthier life than harbouring resentment so let’s look at today as a reason to make amends and repair those damaged friendships or severed family ties. Let’s Kiss & Make up!
