Terms and Conditions

All those wishing to submit work for exhibition to The Photographic Angle must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

We also hold the right to display your work only in accordance with the signed agreement and with the terms and conditions outlined here.

We cannot guarantee exhibition for every artist in the gallery space that is at The Photographic Angle's disposal.

The Photographic Angle will do its best to support the exhibition and promotion of all work submitted and will cover all of the costs of exhibiting your work and promoting your exhibitions. However we reserve the right to decline exhibiting work if the submitted material is deemed inappropriate or offensive (this decision will be made at the discretion of our selection committee) and only exhibit work when gallery space is available. This is the full extent of The Photographic Angle's involvement in the buying and selling of artwork.

By submitting your work to The Photographic Angle, you grant us the right to display your work in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined here.

Due to limitation of space and the numbers of images available, The Photographic Angle cannot always guarantee to exhibit the work of every artist.

The Photographic Angle will use your personal data only for the purpose of communicating with you, advertising and exhibiting your material, informing people of your work and how to contact you, and annual charity reports. All information will be stored securely. Information about you will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, unless the law requires it.

Exhibitions that The Photographic Angle manages will not conduct any sales of artwork or merchandise. The Photographic Angle will provide you with the contact details for those interested in buying your work, it is then up to you to manage your own sales. This is the full extent of The Photographic Angle's involvement in the buying and selling of artwork.

The Photographic Angle (TPA) is a company limited by guarantee, registered with Companies House in London (number 07063537) and is a charity registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales (number 1135750). TPA advances education for the public benefit, in particular in the art and science of photography and its theory and practice, partly by holding exhibitions of photography freely accessible to the public. .
